We source our specialty-grade beans from rugged, high-altitude estates where the cherries develop a dense, resilient structure. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Thermal-Tuning" craft utilizing small-batch precision to eliminate the bitter "exhaust" of mass production while unlocking deep, heavy notes of dark chocolate, smoked hickory, and molasses.
